This involves verifying the customer's identity (legal name, address, contact information), transaction purpose, source of funds, and beneficial ownership.

From the inspection date prior to CDD implementation (as separately announced), existing client login sessions will expire, and virtual asset withdrawals will be suspended. Once the CDD process is completed, clients may resume using withdrawal services for their custodied assets.
Newly registered clients must complete the CDD process after its implementation to fully access custody services for virtual assets.
Existing corporate clients are also required to complete the CDD process through in-person verification. The required documents and procedures will be provided separately.
